How to Find a Card
You can locate a card by searching for any of the following details:
Card Nickname: As found in the "Details" section of the card page.
Masked Card Number: Enter the number exactly as shown (e.g., 444715******8120), but without spaces.
Advanced search
You can also search by Card ID or Account ID, which is the unique alphanumeric string located at the very end of your browser's URL when viewing a specific card or account.
You can locate a specific account by searching the following details:
Card ID: This is the unique alphanumeric string located at the very end of your browser's URL when viewing a specific card (the string following /card/).
Account ID: This is the unique alphanumeric string located at the very end of your browser's URL when viewing an account page (the string following /account-details/).
