Encountering issues with SMS deliverability can be frustrating, especially when you need to log in to the Wallester portal. To address these concerns swiftly, we've compiled a series of troubleshooting steps to help resolve SMS delivery problems effectively.


1. Reset Network Connection:

Turning off your phone for 15 seconds resets the network connection with your service provider. This action may automatically select a stronger or closer cell tower, potentially improving reception and message delivery.

2. Check Coverage Area:

Ensure you're in an area with good network coverage before attempting to receive the message again. Stronger reception can significantly impact message delivery.

3. Clear Space in Messages:

Deleting unnecessary SMS messages can free up space and potentially improve the reception of new verification SMS messages.

4. Test on Another Device:

If possible, insert the SIM card into another phone to check if the issue persists. This step helps determine if the issue lies with the device or the network.

5. Update the Messaging App and Clear Cache:

Ensure your messaging app is updated to the latest version and clear its cache. Outdated software or accumulated cache might affect message delivery.

6. Ensure that number can receive SMS:

Occasionally, the client uses the phone number that does not have option to receive the SMS, as it can be a landline or restrictions from the provider side.

7. Use the “Resend code” option:

Try to click on the “Resend code” option, we will send you the code once again from a different provider.
