To close your account:

  1. Ensure that your balance amount is zero.

  2. All cards are closed.

  3. No pending transactions.

  4. Your account must be on a Free plan. If you're on a paid plan, change your subscription.

Send a written request to your personnel manager or general support team for further steps, account closure process.

Please bear in mind that as a regulated financial institution, we are required to retain certain personal data; therefore, we cannot remove all of your information from the system.

But we’ll delete information that’s no longer needed, and all data is protected by the highest levels of security.
