We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to our services, and we want you to feel completely at ease with every aspect of your experience. As part of our commitment to providing top-notch service, we'd like to take a moment to share some information about our service fees.

We understand that no one likes surprises, especially when it comes to costs. That's why we've designed our fee structure to be as straightforward as possible. Our goal is to ensure that you receive exceptional service and fully understand the associated fees.



Subscription

Our plans range from Free to Enterprise Suite, which includes advanced features.

Free Plan: Includes basic financial and customer management tools and 300 virtual cards from the very beginning.

Premium Plan: 199 EUR per month, includes more advanced financial and customer management tools, as well as 3000 virtual cards.

Platinum Plan: 999 EUR per month, includes all the features with priority support and a dedicated account manager, as well as, 15000 virtual cards.

Enterprise Suite Plan: A set of personalized solutions for large-scale business with custom price.

Industry Fee – In certain cases, we may need to apply additional measures to ensure that these risks are mitigated. This fee would be determined based on various factors, such as the size of the company, their credit rating, and the level of experience and expertise required to manage the risk.


Account Top-Up & Cards

Account Top-Up By Bank Transfer – Free

Physical & Virtual Card Issuance – Free

Delivery Fee For Physical Card Delivery – 5 EUR standard delivery in 5-9 business days & 20 EUR express delivery in 2-3 working days

Additional Virtual Card Issuance:

  • Free package – €0.35 per card per month

  • Premium Package – €0.2 per card per month

  • Platinum Package – €0.1 per card per month

Good to know:
Kindly note that the timeframe for replenishing the balance depends on the client's bank and is limited to weekdays. If a deposit is made during the weekend or on a public holiday, the funds will be received on the following Monday or the next working day. Generally, it takes anywhere from several minutes to 1-3 business days to receive funds.

Transactions

ATM withdrawal (Europe): 2.00% (min €2.00)

ATM withdrawal (International): €2.00 + 2.00%

ATM Balance Inquiry: €0.50

ATM Decline: Free

Foreign exchange: 2.00% + VISA Exchange Rate

Administrative transactions

Available Funds Refund: Free – Available funds refund. Refund will be done on same bank from where money been sent.

Dispute Processing: 20 EUR – If you state that a merchant did a transaction from your Wallester account without permission. We will start the investigation process.

Account Confirmation Documents: 15 EUR – If you would like to receive an official confirmation document that you have a registered corporate account in Wallester.
