1. Check if the latest Wallester App version is installed
Make sure you have downloaded the latest Wallester Mobile application from the App Store or Google Play. Ensure that you are logged in.
2. Check your Notifications settings
Make sure that notification settings are enabled:
Go to the Wallester application settings → Check that “Notifications” is ON
Go to the device system settings → Open notification settings → Find Wallester App → Make sure that “Allow Notifications” is ON
3. If the issue still persists. Try also these:
Ensure Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode is off. It may seem obvious, but forgetting that Do Not Disturb is enabled is one of the most common reasons for not receiving notifications.
If you don't have a consistent signal or connection to the internet, your app may not be able to send you notifications.
Try restarting your phone, as the current session could be glitched, causing notifications not to come through.
Check your battery-saving settings. The battery-saving features on iPhone and Android aim to help you conserve battery power when it's low, which includes turning off notifications for many apps.
