To take advantage of this feature, you will need to have the Wallester Mobile App installed on your device and updated to the latest version available. Thereafter, you can activate the 3DS payment confirmation feature by following these steps:
For Business and Payroll Cardholders:
Open the Wallester Mobile App.
Navigate to the “My cards” tab.
Choose which card 3DS settings you want to change.
Go to the “3DS Settings” and select “In-App” as your preferred option for payment authorization.
For Expense Card User:
Open the Wallester Mobile App.
Navigate to the Card Settings screen.
Go to the “3DS Settings” and select “In-App” as your preferred option for payment approval.
Troubleshooting:
For iOS:
If you didn't receive a push notification, you can open the Wallester Mobile App and a confirmation screen should appear there automatically. You must be logged in to complete the authorization. Do not forget to check if the push notification is enabled on your device and Wallester App.
For Android:
If you didn't get a push notification, check if they are enabled on your device and Wallester App settings. Thereafter, try with the purchase again. Contact us if the issue persists.
Good to Know:
You can only enable one method at a time. If you select the 'In-App' method, SMS and Email methods will be disabled.
Currently, the “In-App” method can only be set up for one user per card. If another card user needs to use this method, they must disable and then re-enable the In-App method, which will transfer push notification access to the new user.
For expense cards, it is also possible to reset the In-App method and switch to SMS or Email from the Client Portal.
