Top-Up Methods

Wallester Mobile Application offers two ways to top up your account: Bank Transfer and Credit or Debit Card.

  • Bank Transfer: The most common top-up method, allowing you to add funds via standard wire transfer.

  • Credit or Debit Card: Use your Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card to add funds quickly.

Requirements & Fees

Bank Transfer

  • Availability: Available from the start

  • Processing Time: From 1-2 to 4-5 working days

  • Minimum Amount: €50

  • Fee: No fee

Credit/Debit Card

  • Availability: Requires at least one prior bank transfer top-up

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay

    • Note: Google Pay is not supported due to Google's security policy

  • Processing Time: From a few minutes to up to 8 hours

  • Minimum Amount: €10

  • Fee: 1.2%

Step by Step

Bank Transfer

  1. Tap on the “Top up” button at the Dashboard screen.

  2. Select the “Bank Transfer” method.

  3. In the “To account” field, select the account you want to top up.

  4. Initiate a transfer from your bank using the provided details.
    Note: Ensure the transfer details field is copied exactly to avoid any delays

The funds will be credited to your account within a few days.

Credit/Debit Card

  1. Tap on the “Top up” button at the Dashboard screen.

  2. Select the “Credit or Debit Card” method.

  3. In the “To account” field, select the account you want to top up.

  4. Enter the desired amount.

  5. Verify the top-up details in the appeared modal window.

  6. Click on “Proceed to Payment.”

  7. A payment form will appear.

  8. Enter your card details or select a digital wallet.

  9. Review the payment details.

  10. Click “Pay.”

The funds will appear in your account in a few minutes.
