All physical cards must be activated before their first use. Virtual cards, however, are active immediately after creation and do not require activation.
You can activate your card through either our Mobile application or the Client Portal.
Follow the instructions below:
Client portal:
Log in to your account.
From the left menu, select “Expense Cards”.
Locate the card you want to activate and click on it.
Click the “Activate” button above the card image.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Mobile application:
Log in to your account.
From the bottom menu, select “My Cards”.
Locate the card you want to activate.
Click the “Activate” button.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
