What is it?
The Product Nickname feature allows you to give custom names to your products in the Wallester Business Portal. This makes it easier to recognize and manage your accounts, especially if you have several products in use.
How it works
Admin users can set or edit a nickname for each product directly in the Client Portal
The nickname will appear in the product list, product switcher, balance widget, profile dropdown, and when creating a new product
If no nickname is set, the system will display the default company name
In the Mobile App, nicknames are also visible in the product selector and profile view, but they can only be edited in the Client Portal

Quickly identify the right product when switching or managing multiple accounts
Avoid confusion if several products share the same default name
Stay organized with names that make sense for your business
When contacting Support, it’s easier to explain which product your question is about, since our team also sees your custom nicknames in the system
Good to know
Product nicknames can be updated anytime
Maximum length is 100 characters
If a nickname is removed, the default client name will be shown again
Nicknames are for easier navigation and won’t appear in official documents or statements
